Massachusetts chemist's criminal defense pleas for leniency

The criminal defense for a former Massachusetts chemist has recently requested leniency in the woman's case. The chemist faces charges of tampering with numerous drug tests at a Massachusetts crime lab. Her criminal defense is requesting leniency based on the fact that the chemist has already suffered severely because of her accused involvement in the scandal.

Massachusetts arrest: 32-year-old man charged for sex with minor

A 32-year-old voice coach has been accused of having sexual relations with his 14-year-old student and impregnating her. The voice teacher is currently in jail on $50,000 cash bond after his arrest. Prosecutors have stated that if the Massachusetts man is convicted, he will be sentenced to a minimum of 10 years in prison.

Drunk driving charges filed against Massachusetts trooper

A massive head-on collision involving a mother and her daughter and a Massachusetts State Police trooper took place recently. The trooper was off duty at the time of the crash. According to a video report, police at first announced that neither alcohol nor speed were factors in the crash. Since that time, however, the trooper has been charged with drunk driving.
