Massachusetts man accused of forgery, other charges

Massachusetts criminal charges can seem daunting under the best of circumstances. Add in other outside stressors, such as having lost a loved one, and it may be even more challenging. This appears to be the case for a man who is now facing charges, including forgery and identity fraud, that stem from what he claims was his attempt to cover his brother's funeral expenses.

Drug charges follow minor Massachusetts traffic accident

Two Massachusetts residents from Pembroke were scheduled to spend Valentine's Day in criminal court. Their problems began when they were involved in a local motor vehicle accident. As a result of the subsequent police investigation, the 27-year-old male driver and 28-year-old female passenger were arrested on drug charges.

Massachusetts arrest, conviction lead to more issues on Cape Cod

A Massachusetts paramedic that pleaded guilty in Aug. 2012 to possessing child pornography now faces additional legal problems related to his conviction. The criminal case grew out of a police investigation that commenced in 2009. A search warrant executed at the home of a 24-year-old man and resulted in his arrest. He was subsequently indicted on 58 counts.

Assault and battery charges added to list for Massachusetts man

Being pursued by police and charged with a crime may cause an individual's fight-or-flight reflex to activate. Unfortunately, that often leads to more troubles than might have originally been encountered. For one Massachusetts man who was already being pursued by police, the resulting chase netted him additional assault and battery and traffic-related charges, which have the potential to further damage his future.
